How to Cancel a Paid Plan

Thank you for using Aidy. If you wish to cancel your paid plan, please follow the steps below.

Cancellation Steps

First, access the Payment Management Page on the dashboard.

Click the Cancel Plan button in the Plan Cancellation section.

The Stripe screen will appear; review the details and click the Cancel Subscription button.

How to Reinstate the Subscription

If you would like to reverse the cancellation, access the Payment Management Page on the dashboard.

Click the Go to Payment Management button in the payment management section.

Next, you will be redirected to the Stripe screen.
Click the Update Subscription button.

Review the details and click the Update Subscription button.

This will allow you to reinstate your subscription.

Post-Cancellation Notice

• Even after cancellation, you can continue to use Aidy until the end of the current billing period.
• You can change your plan or payment method during the contract period without needing to cancel.
